Our extensive experience, connections, and deep expertise across different sectors, industries, and transportation modes, means we can be counted on for process excellence that will save time and money.Owns the job file and also has responsibility for creating and updatingrelevant documentation and Customer Invoices in the system.Owns all Airfreight Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview including: All file management activities post booking. Documentation. System updates. Operational finance. Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.
