Timeleft is on a mission to fight urban loneliness, one dinner at a time. Following our explosive growth in 17 countries over the past 5 months, we need to strengthen our North America Team. We're looking for a dynamic person based in the US (preferably in NYC), with strong international knowledge and an open-minded culture, as well as the agility to make Wednesday evenings unforgettable.

You will be part of the Team Lead Expansion team and will work closely with all company departments. You will report directly to the CEO.

Your mission will include :

1/ Launch

Identify potential new cities, assess competition and understand customer needs, to inform strategic decision-making and guide expansion development.

2/ Manage

Support your team to help them succeed, making sure they're well equipped and confident to carry out their role and get through all the obstacles we'll encounter.

3/ Grow

Oversee operations in the NA zone, coordinating across multiple departments to ensure significant growth in the market and establish our brand presence in new regions. We plan to be present in over 45 cities by the end of the year.

4/ Communicate

Ensure effective sharing of best practices with other teams (EMEA, LATAM and APAC) to grow your team and the company.
