Introduction
As the Director of global partnerships, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global sales pipeline through strategic partnerships with select global agency holding groups. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business, aligning closely with company goals and executive objectives. Your success will be measured by the growth of the sales pipeline and bookings through the alliances you manage.
Job Responsibilities
* Strengthen Partnerships: Your primary objective will be to fortify the relationship between Optimizely and key global agencies and agency holding groups. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the Sales and Partner organizations and their respective teams.
* Activate Partners: You will be tasked with activating a select number of global agencies, helping them build sales and delivery capabilities on the Optimizely platform. This includes sales and business development planning, coordinating enablement, executive and field engagement, account mapping, and delivering customized sessions to help partners build effective sales teams.
* Interface Role: You will serve as the liaison between Optimizely and partner organizations, working with teams across all regions (North America, EMEA, and APJ).
Knowledge and Experience
* Minimum of ten years' experience in successful business development and strategic alliances
* Demonstrable experience in building global relationships with large digital agencies
* Expertise and market knowledge in Content Management and DXP domains
* Account Executive/ Sales Leadership experience is preferred.
