We are seeking a seasoned Global Payroll Director to join our team and lead our payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every process.

Position Summary:

The Global Payroll Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll operations for over 2,000 employees across multiple regions. This role requires a deep understanding of multi-state and global payroll, international payroll tax regulations, and experience with ADP systems. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in global payroll management, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll process for a global workforce of over 2,000 employees across multiple regions, including the US, Europe, and countries like Dubai, India, and Singapore.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and international payroll tax laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of payroll, including base pay, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
  • Manage payroll-related reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll integration and support business needs.
  • Lead and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle escalated payroll issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize ADP WFN system for payroll processing and reporting, ensuring optimal use of technology to streamline operations.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in payroll management, with extensive experience in multi-state and global payroll operations.
  • Expertise in international payroll tax regulations.
  • Proven experience managing payroll for over 2,000 employees.
  • Strong proficiency with ADP payroll systems and related software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing payroll team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
