Position Summary The Global Process Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of the Global Client Experience team's operations. In this position, you will analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase simplicity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of process improvement techniques and project management methodologies, The Global Process Manager should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Essential Functions•Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standing operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, templates, and other relevant materials.•Ensure that processes align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements (ISO, MDSAP, etc.), and organizational goals.•Conduct regular reviews and updates to process documentation to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, business needs, or operational improvements.•Develop and execute internal audit programs to assess the effectiveness of processes, controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.•Identify and document audit findings, and work with relevant stakeholders to support corrective actions and preventive measures (CAPAs).•Ensure timely completion of CAPAs and monitor their effectiveness.•Represent the team in external audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and information.•Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, operations teams, and regulatory affairs.•Effectively communicate process requirements, changes, and audit findings to stakeholders.•Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure process alignment and efficiency.Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or other related field.•Strong knowledge of ISO standards, MDSAP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.•Proven experience in process management, quality assurance, or a related field.•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.•Strong written and verbal communication skills.•Ability to travel up to 25%Preferred Qualifications•Experience in the medical device, laboratory, or healthcare industry.•Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).•Experience servicing or supporting software in a client-facing environment.Supervisory Responsibilities•NoneBenefitsOur benefits are designed to helpyou move forward in your career and areas of your life outside of work.From health and wellness benefits, 401 (k) Savings Plan, stock incentiveprograms, paid time off, parental leave, and tuition assistance, we've covered you with our total rewards package.
