LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global corporation known for its household cleaning products, air care, pest control and home storage solutions. They are seeking a Global Procurement Manager, IT to join their team in Racine, Wisconsin due to a promotion! The Global Procurement Manager, IT will spearhead a significant strategic transformation across the organization. This role encompasses full oversight of the strategic sourcing and procurement processes for IT categories, managing a spend of $130 million and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role aims to maximize value and ROI, while minimizing risk and ensuring high-quality delivery and performance in this essential category. Global Procurement Manager, IT Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the BPT procurement strategy to align with the company's overall technology and business goals
• Identify and leverage opportunities to optimize supply sources, manage costs and drive value creation
• Establish contingency plans to ensure continuity of IT/IS supply in critical areas
• Lead the strategic sourcing process for IT/IS, including hardware, software, cloud services, telecom and IT consultancy
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure the best terms, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Oversee the end-to-end contract management process, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and the smooth implementation of new contracts
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensuring long-term partnerships that meet the organization's objectives
• Serve as the escalation point for major supplier issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption to business operations
• Understand customer needs and summarize business requirements to inform company-wide sourcing efforts
• Lead and develop internal team member to drive results on all procurement initiatives

Global Procurement Manager, IT Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 6+ years' professional experience in procurement/strategic sourcing
• IT/IS procurement experience required
• Proven stakeholder management experience
• Sound knowledge of modern procurement processes, systems and tools
• Experience in project management of cross-functional and global teams
