The Global Product Director is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle management, from strategic planning and new product development to product rationalization and retirement. This senior leadership role drives product strategy, ensures market alignment, and leads a team of product managers to deliver innovative, market-leading products that meet customer needs and business objectives across North America, Europe, the UK, and Israel.

Work Schedule

This full-time position is based at Tosca's Headquarters in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote - subject to change).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals across North America, EMEA, and Israel.
  • Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps, identifying and prioritizing market opportunities and customer needs across all regions.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle management, from new product development to rationalization and retirement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, guiding the development of products that address emerging market needs and leverage new technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, IT, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans, ensuring cross-regional success.
  • Manage the product portfolio, analyzing performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize and align with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of product traceability standards, leveraging technologies such as RFID, IoT, and blockchain to enhance product lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with traceability regulations, sustainability initiatives, and industry standards across all regions.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective product management and budgetary oversight.
  • Engage with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to gather insights and validate product strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team on product performance, lifecycle status, traceability initiatives, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the team is equipped to meet future business challenges.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve product management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain market leadership in product innovation.
  • Ensure consistency in product management processes across regions while allowing for necessary localization to meet specific market demands.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for timely and cost-effective delivery of product initiatives.
  • Travel up to 30% to support global product management activities and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP) preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing diverse product portfolios across multiple regions.
  • Strong track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in relevant sectors.
  • Experience with Agile practices and iterative development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
