Are you with us?!?Position Summary:The Global Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our specialty paper portfolio in Food Business. This position will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, coordinating strategic market growth initiatives, and leading the product and business part for key new product developments.The ideal candidate will have a strong Product Management background and skillset, consistent experience in B2B multinational environment, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful product launches. A good understanding of the specialty paper market will be considered a preferential element. This position is hybrid and will require the individual to be onsite 2-3x in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities: New Product Development and Pre-Project Management: - Develop comprehensive business cases and product requirements for new product initiatives.
- Lead the Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Portfolio Management: - Oversee the product lifecycle for core products, from profitability analysis to category management.
- Assess portfolio potential and make recommendations for product optimization or discontinuation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Market Growth Initiatives: - Coordinate market growth initiatives to maximize portfolio effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the right strategic setup and a successful implementation of growth strategies.
Requirements - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US
- 3-5 years global product management experience
- Must possess valid driver's license and passport
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Paper Science or related field
- Ability to work additional hours during the week, on weekends, or outside of regular office hours may be required
