Overview
The Senior Director of Real Estate for PepsiCo Global Real Estate guides and refines the strategic and operational framework for PGRE. The overarching task is to holistically manage PepsiCo's +225MM SF of assets globally harmonizing corporate, BU, and sector goals. The Senior Director Real Estate will be responsible for expanding PGRE's capabilities and managing enterprise relationships while coaching and consulting to help the PGRE organization development thrive. Provides strategic and operational leadership for the Real Estate Asset Management area. Leads the development of insights and analyses that drive new functional and business strategies for strategic planning horizon. Responsible for driving the overall direction of the PGRE portfolio to strengthen strategic partnerships with the rest of the business.
Responsibilities
- Leads the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate opportunities to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Leads on the real estate asset and investment pillar and collaborates with other PGRE pillars.
- Incorporates a Customer Relationship Management mindset into everything they do. Understands the business, their priorities, and challenges before discussing real estate topics and solutions.
- Leads others in encouraging innovation and translates PepsiCo's vision to operational strategy.
- Drives the overall strategic direction of the PGRE portfolio and works in partnerships with other areas of the business to achieve best results.
- Leads the professional growth and development of their team members through their leadership and thorough understanding of PepsiCo business challenges and strategies.
- Directly influences business decisions through supervision of key deliverables such as business transactions, financial analysis, and financial modeling at all portfolio and locations.
- Pioneers the discovery of more efficient ways of managing the relationships and processes that PepsiCo utilizes when interacting with third-party vendors.
- Responsible for driving operational aspects of their team (e.g., performance and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
- Strategizes new workforce and succession plans for their sub family based on regular associate performance evaluations and makes decisions with the intention of improving overall efficiency.
- Influences leaders, colleagues, and customers on complex and important issues.
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $146,100 - $289,900.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 35% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is required. A Master's degree (MBA) or other advanced degrees in relevant disciplines may be preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in relevant fields such as Executive Strategic Ops, Global Real Estate management, Organizational Leadership, or related areas.
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic management in global real estate, people experience, or related fields.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting within a corporate real estate context.
- Previous experience in stakeholder management, including building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-oriented approach to driving organizational success.
- Proficiency in managing organizational change and driving adoption of new workplace technologies, processes, and practices.
- Experience in leading cultural transformation initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Experience working in a global environment, with an understanding of diverse cultural nuances and the ability to navigate cross-cultural communication and collaboration effectively.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support global operations and initiatives.
- Ability to leverage data analytics and insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize workplace performance.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across diverse cross functional teams to deliver results.
