This role focuses on delivering high-quality data analytics and reporting solutions for our pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, global pharmaceutical datasets, and advanced reporting tools such as Tableau. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive actionable insights, utilizing global datasets like IQVIA MIDAS.Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive data analytics and reporting solutions for global pharmaceutical clients.
- Pharmaceutical Data Expertise: Work extensively with global datasets, including IQVIA MIDAS, to perform data extraction, cleansing, and analysis.
- Tableau Expertise: Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to deliver actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, ensuring that data analytics solutions align with client needs.
- Strategic Insights: Provide expert guidance on global pharmaceutical data trends, supporting clients in their decision-making processes.
- Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and quality of all analytics, reports, and data visualizations delivered to clients.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical data analytics, preferably in a global context.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience with DSS and IQVIA MIDAS data.
- Strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on global data and analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering client-centered solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as data science, analytics, business, or life sciences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other pharmaceutical data platforms.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Prior experience in consulting roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
