Position DescriptionJob Purpose We are looking for a Global Revenue Leader to oversee the entire process of our Revenue cycle that includes, billings, management of accounts receivable, creative collection efforts, cash application and customer credit and interaction. Our revenue leader will be a key senior member of our Finance team and will oversee 10 or more staff located in three states. Our ideal candidate is someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, strong accounting knowledge, supervisory skills with clear demonstration of next generation leadership capability. Duties Responsibilities
- Managed team of 10+ staff.
- Set objectives for staff with measurable goals for output.
- Develop Department Key Performance Indicators and drive to accomplish targets.
- Work with Sales Ops team to ensure timely resolutions of past due receivables.
- Established best practices, processes, and procedures.
- Weekly forecast collections and report to CFO, Global Controller and Treasury manager.
- Timely resolve complexed customer billing and account receivable matters.

- Good negotiation skills is a plus
- Time and process management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines, set priorities, and work under pressure.
- MBA is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles with at least 3 years in functional managerial/supervisory role.
- Familiarity with financial, accounting system
- Knowledge of NetSuite financial software is a major plus.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
- Typing, computing, and data entry skills
