We\'re looking for individuals who share our passion for innovation, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability.What You Will DoThe Global Security Manager oversees Panduit\'s Global security operations, systems, and equipment. In this role you will establish an ethical and compassionate culture of accountability and fairness, where decisions are based on facts, not conjecture. You\'ll provide a \ safe place\ for Panduit staff, leased works, and contractors to raise concerns, and aim to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include:Serve as the subject matter expert for Global Security, establishing standards to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of security programs.Conduct audits and recommend improvements while fostering strong relationships with Global Facility Leadership, Executive Leadership, GRE, HSE, ERM, Legal, and HR.Develop and govern global security programs that ensure legal compliance, ethical conduct, and employee privacy.Raise awareness of company policies and oversee both local and global security standards and issues.Implement and manage robust global security systems, including access control, loss prevention, threat detection, emergency response, and policy enforcement.Advise on security project initiatives and system upgrades.Lead and manage security supervisors, ensuring effective operations.Maintain an appropriate support staff while participating in recruitment, development, and training to build a strong team of future security leaders.Collaborate with ERM, local law enforcement, and clients to ensure operational continuity, serving as the Security SME for Business Continuity and Communication Escalation teams.What You Will BringRequired Degree: Bachelor\'s degree in an area of study relevant to this position.Experience: 15+ years\' experience managing security operations at a global private sector organization.Experience in industrial organization preferred.Required Certifications and/or Licenses (Minimum of 2):Physical Security Professional (PSP)Physical Security Certification (PSC)Certified Protection Professional (CPP)Certified Homeland Protection Professional (CHPP)Industrial Security Professional (ISP)Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM)Certified Information System SecurityCertified Security Consultant (CSC)Security Certified Protection Officer (CPO)Certified Physical Security Specialist (CPSS)In depth knowledge of security practices and systems.Excellent leadership and management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Critical thinking regarding risk assessment and the likelihood of adverse outcomes.Self-starting and self-finishing.Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.Familiar with various standards, including, but not limited to NFPA 730.What We Can Offer YouCompetitive Total Rewards Program with health and financial benefits.Generous vacation, sick days, holidays, and a volunteer day.401K match and profit sharing.Multiple healthcare options.Parental leave.Growth and development opportunities.Join us in building a sustainable and connected world.
