This role is responsible for working cross-functionally to drive actions and results, ensure adherence to schedules, and to foster a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality logistics products and proposals.This individual will ensure the correct funding has been estimated / allocated and must be comfortable and experienced providing regular status and meaningful feedback to senior leadership with regards to program performance. Experience in a lead role with a demonstrated record of success in project execution Strong Familiarity with the elements of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), product support requirements, and the 12 DoD elements of logistics Certified Control Account Manager (CAM) or equivalent experience in Earned Value ManagementDesired Skills: Experience with equipment repairs and depot operations Experience with obsolescence Technical skills sufficient to lead projects associated with radar parts/capability Prior experience interfacing with/presenting to executive leadership Experience with supply chain management Experience with DoD technical manuals, maintenance, and training Experience with IPDE, EPDM, SharePoint, PM Compass, and GRID tool Capture experience and GenBOE tool Experience in or knowledge of one or more of the following:o ILS product development (e.g. training, technical publications, provisioning, etc.)o ILS requirements analysis and definitiono ILS product interdependencieso ILS related tools and technologies Bachelor's or higher degree Previous experience leading or participating as a key member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) or another cross-functional team Previous experience in managing a project (cost, schedule, and performance) Strong working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Project)Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
