As we expand our team, we seek a hands-on and proactive Global Talent Acquisition to join us.As the Global Talent Acquisition, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talents across various regions, focusing on Israel, EMEA, and APAC.This role requires a deep understanding of global talent markets, recruitment trends, and best practices to ensure a seamless candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes.ResponsibilitiesExecute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.Partner with HRBP's, senior leadership, and hiring managers globally, to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.Hands-on in every stage of the recruitment process: manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as recruitment agencies to enhance talent pipelines.Implement metrics and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with global recruitment laws and regulations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 4-5 years of proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role, including global recruitment.Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.High proficiency in English - must.In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices across multiple countries and regions.Expertise in various recruitment methods and tools, including social media, networking, active search, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.Ability to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
