About the Role

The Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Optimization and Reporting Partner is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting key talent acquisition data to drive recruitment strategies. This role primarily reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Solutions and Innovation, with a dotted-line relationship to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Optimization and Excellence. The Global TA Optimization and Reporting Partner oversees the creation of dashboards, reporting on metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Additionally, the partner ensures data accuracy, manages a chargeback model for recruitment costs, and collaborates closely with TA leadership, Finance, and DEI teams to optimize hiring processes and support organizational goals.

How you will contribute:

  • Responsible for TA reporting and analytics. Partner with TA leadership to develop and execute a data-driven recruitment strategy that drives efficiency and business impact.
  • Oversee the Cost Center for Global Talent Acquisition, ensuring accurate allocation of recruitment costs. Work closely with finance to manage TA budget reporting and provide transparency into cost-per-hire and other financial metrics.
  • Develop, manage, and continuously enhance comprehensive TA dashboards and reports, delivering key TA metrics.
  • Establish data accuracy protocols and conduct regular audits in Workday and Avature to ensure reliable, consistent data. Resolve discrepancies in collaboration with recruiters and the TA team.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to uncover recruitment trends, identify areas for process improvement, and provide recommendations for optimizing the talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with TA leaders to tailor insights and reports that support specific hiring challenges and organizational goals.
  • Partner with the DEI team to track and report on diversity recruitment metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate DEI objectives and compliance with related initiatives.

Expected skills:

  • Strong experience managing ATS (Workday) and CRM (Avature) systems.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing a chargeback model or similar cost-allocation models within a large organization.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment cost reporting in collaboration with Finance.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand and align recruitment strategies, trends and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with building custom dashboards and presenting data-driven insights.
  • Finance knowledge, especially in understanding cost allocation and budget management, related to recruitment and/or HR.
