  • Supporting Leadership and Talent Strategy design and implementation in alignment with strategic priorities and within the context of a skills driven organisation
  • Top Talent/High Potential Identification and Acceleration strategy and implementation
  • End to End Complex Project Management at global level of critical leadership and talent development projects and programs
  • Support the evolution of Leadership Development practices and experiences in alignment with Brambles' ambition of becoming a skills based organisation
  • Leverage on technology, digital and data to enhance leadership processes, project management and the end-to-end learning experience

Major/Key Accountabilities
  • Support the development and lead on the implementation of comprehensive leadership and talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives and in the context of a skills driven organisation
  • Develop and implement acceleration strategies to strengthen the leadership pipelines for critical roles/skills and drive global alignment and consistency.
  • Work closely with Talent Management to support top talent/successors identification in a skills driven organisation and to identify and implement assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate employee potential and drive fairness
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and drive global consistency (e.g. Global Graduate Program)
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex and global leadership development/strategy projects, ensuring alignment with the broader People Strategy
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform and optimize leadership and talent development strategies, as well as to monitor KPIs and impact.
  • Partner with DEI to support Bramble's key ambitions and targets
  • Contribute and provide SME to evolve leadership practices and experiences in a skills based organisation.
  • Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance and increase leadership development effectiveness and the learning experience.
  • Develop and drive communication and change management plans to support the creation of a learning and development culture globally.
Challenges/Problem Solving
  • The role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in talent management, high-potential identification and acceleration, skills driven organizations and end-to-end complex project management.
  • The role requires the ability to co-design strategies and plans collaborating with HR and business leaders globally, showing a strong knowledge and understanding of talent management and leadership development practices and global/regional business needs and operating models.
  • The role requires the ability to solve complex and new problems and bring in new solutions, leveraging on technology and data and innovative approaches
  • The incumbent needs to show the ability to think strategically, keeping the big picture in mind and dealing with a global environment. At the same time is key the ability to apply a pragmatic approach and a strong focus to execution in a matrix organisation.
  • The incumbent will also need to understand and manage diverse global internal stakeholders, with different needs and align them towards global solutions.
  • Key for the role is also the ability to coordinate multiple projects, events at a time with multiple stakeholders from different parts of the world and the business.

  • Leading on specific projects related to the Leadership Development and Talent Strategy: top talent/successor identification and acceleration offering / transition to a skills based organisation
  • Working in a matrix and global environment, driving collaboration and consistency with key HR and business stakeholders

  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end complex projects in global and matrix organisation
  • Experience working in a global COE ang global roles and/or in consulting practices
  • Strong background in change management in complex and matrix organizations
  • Ability to identify and forge relationships with key business and HR stakeholders
  • Demonstrate experience with data driven approaches to talent management and development
  • Proven track record of leveraging on technology and digital to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of development initiatives
  • Experience with Leadership and potential assessments
  • Experience with skills driven organisation/learning
  • Experience with LMS and LXP platform
Skills and Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of skills-based learning and development and skills based talent and leadership practices
  • Solid background in Leadership Development and Talent Management in global organizations
