Job OverviewThe Global Tech and Operations associate will work on challenging and meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the company's products and services. Participants will learn from experienced mentors and collaborate with cross-functional teams. In this role, participants will have the opportunity to explore various aspects of banking, consulting, data and fintech, gaining hands on experience in three focused tracks: Data Science & AI, Business Transformation, and Information Technology. Participants will also receive regular feedback and coaching to help you grow your skills and career. At the end of the 18- 24 month program, participants will have the opportunity to apply for or be matched to a full-time position that matches their interests and strengths.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete projects within assigned track and collaborate across functional teams within the Technology, Transformation and Operations space.
- Work on transformational projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Follow best practices and standards for coding, testing, documentation, and security.
- Develop data driven presentations.
- Participate in classroom training to deepen knowledge in specific professional skills as well as banking and fintech concepts.
- Learn the core business activities of a commercial consumer bank.
- Provide support for managing projects, completing specific assigned tasks.
- Analyze, organize, and use data insights to support decision making.
- Complete projects and deliverables in a timely manner and collaborate effectively with other stakeholders.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics/Data Science, or related field.
- Academic or internship-based knowledge of databases, web services, cloud computing, security and project management.
Preferred Experience:
- 0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience supporting a Transformation, Technology or Data organization.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, or machine learning is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies such as Git, Agile, or Scrum.
