Join us!Responsibilities:Drive trade product risk management routines for the trade business supporting the global product organization.Collaborate with stakeholders across both in and out of Global Payment Solutions.Lead and coordinate the preparation, execution and any remediation, if required, for internal and external audits, reviews and assessments for the business. Interactwith business partners including GCOR, Credit Risk, Risk, Legal, Finance, GFC, COO, and Global Trade Operations for day-to-day business needs and execution against Policy/Standards requirements.Serve as a Trade SME and identify new control as the trade product lifecycle evolves to meet client and business need.Support governance deliverables, reporting, and process improvement for the global trade organization.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years banking experience in trade finance product & operations, with strong preference for risk management related experienceStrong work ethic with continuous desire to learn and coach othersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in conjunction with various daily BAU responsibilitiesSolid partnership skills to facilitate interactions at different levels within the organizationAbility to influence and drive urgency/actions across functionsEffective at identifying issues, proactive to devise solutions, and engage the right individuals for executionDesired Qualifications:Acumen of new/emerging technologies, platforms, and digital transformation within the trade industryCredit acumen, both traditional trade product & supply chain/working capital related solutionsMinimum Education Requirements: BA degree or equivalent work experienceSkills:Strong Interpersonal SkillsProduct ManagementRisk management SkillsShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Pay Transparency detailsUS - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)Pay and benefits informationPay range$105,000.00 - $166,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
