JOB SUMMARYâ ¢ Guide the IE team in operating with a high level of efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors. Be creative and proactive and focus on continuous improvement.â ¢ Provide the high-level skill for high level assembly on RFQ, NPI, DFA, layout, KPI drive and new technology implement with team on product family level.â ¢ Provide the high-level skill for troubleshooting (equipment and process), programming, DFM & tooling design for Nano coating (ACT Nano), Axxon equipment, Silicones, Glues, TIM.â ¢ Focus on the skills training and coaching of team engineers and make continuous improvement.â ¢ Communicate with Customer and other Functions efficiently.PREREQUISITESâ ¢ Bachelor's degree (B.S.I.E.) from 4-years college or university, Minimum 6 years work-related experience required in engineering or project management related discipline.â ¢ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.â ¢ Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.â ¢ Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.â ¢ Has overseas working experience.â ¢ Accept support working oversea.JOB DESCRIPTIONâ ¢ Make sure of the Workcell team in the timely production of quality products in the professional fields.â ¢ Develop new line configuration proposals and implement proposals.â ¢ Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles (DFA), company standards, and contact requirements and related specification.â ¢ Maintain capacity model with bottleneck operations identified for assigned areas.â ¢ Assure accurate work instructions and visual aids are available.â ¢ Assures production tooling, processing equipment and workstations are available and maintained.â ¢ Coordinate layout and workstation move activities.â ¢ Prepares time estimates for proposed projects and evaluates time factors.â ¢ Monitor and continuously improve the daily efficiency, productivity and quality of manufacturing processes for assigned areas.â ¢ Explore new manufacturing technologies to support customer needs or drive cost reductions.â ¢ Improves safety and throughput by modifying tooling, processing equipment and workstations.â ¢ Minimize change over time by ensuring programs use common set-ups where possible.â ¢ Reduce machine-generated scrap by monitoring machine management data and taking corrective action to improve or correct the operations.â ¢ Reduce manual assembly scrap by monitoring quality data and taking corrective action to improve or correct the operations.â ¢ Studies functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units and to identify areas of duplication.â ¢ Analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.â ¢ Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.â ¢ Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations.â ¢ Coating & Glue process: Develops original ideas of innovative technology and analysis practicability, leads additional new technologies for coating & glue process to production line.â ¢ Controls coating & glue process progress of new technology integrated with automation projects, to ensure successful development of new technology equipment into mass production.â ¢ Participates in assessment automation module of Nano coating (ACT Nano), Axxon equipment with suppliers and reduces development lead time satisfying internal clients.â ¢ DFM & tooling design for Nano coating (ACT Nano), Axxon equipment.â ¢ Programming for Nano coating (ACT Nano), Axxon equipment.â ¢ Troubleshooting for Nano coating (ACT Nano), Axxon equipment & process.â ¢ Application analysis for Silicones, Glues, TIM (Thermal Interface Material).â ¢ Provide training and assistance to Industrial engineers including direct supervision in some cases.â ¢ Lead the automation process, e-solution, FOF's plan, introduction, implementation smoothly in his area.â ¢ Understand and drive regulatory and compliance certifications as appropriate (eg. regulatory requirements surrounding ISO9000, ISO14000, AS9100, TUV).â ¢ Adhere to all company policies and procedures.GENERAL REQUIREMENTSâ ¢ Good communication skills, effective leadership and strong personality.â ¢ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
