ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store.

As a General Merchandise Expert, typical responsibilities include:

Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests.

Engage with guests to understand their specific needs.

Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store.

Ensure sales floor is zoned, in stock and accurately signed and priced.

Execute inbound, replenishment, backroom and signing processes for GM areas.

Operate power equipment only if certified.

Work in a safe manner at all times.

Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes.
