  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • Test drive guest vehicles to verify and duplicate vehicle concerns
  • Safely drive vehicles in and out of service bays
  • Safely lift vehicles utilizing manufacturer specified lift points
  • Diagnose and repair guest concerns listed on the job card in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Test components and systems using diagnostic tools, special tools and necessary shop equipment
  • Perform an accurate multipoint vehicle inspection recommending necessary maintenance or repairs based on a failed inspection item or mileage intervals
  • Test drive vehicles when work is completed (a minimum of 4 miles) to ensure proper repairs have remedied the issues
  • Communicate directly with the service advisor so that the guest is informed of any repairs or any additional work that may be needed
  • Utilize manufacturer website to keep up with manufacturer required training, recalls, and vehicle bulletin information
  • Execute warranty repair work to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a proper tool set necessary to complete repairs on guest and or internal vehicles
  • Follow all O.S.H.A. and Dealer safety guidelines
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • ASE Certifications or will train.
  • Automotive Certificate/Degree or Schooling
  • Effective communication skills
  • Diagnostic skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Technical aptitude
  • Proper Tools
  • Must be able to push/pull and lift 75 lbs
