Vallum has a retained search with a National Energy Development firm that is looking for a General Manager for their District Energy arm in CT.

Managing the P&L for two plants (Fuel Cell & CHP Plant) the district energy systems heat/cool 60+ buildings equating to more than 14 million sq ft.

• This role will manage back office support functions, technicians and team leaders across O&M for both plants, as well as dealing with Unions and upwards to C-Suite.

• 10+ years of power generation (operations) experience is required.

• Knowledge of a district energy systems would be advantageous.
