Hybrid role in Merrimack NH. Our industry-leading client is seeking a Golang Developer. As a member of the team, you'll create and influence innovative solutions that meet not only functional, but also performance, scalability, and reliability requirements. You will be expected to work as a member of a high-functioning Scrum team to help drive the next-generation user experience for the division both internally and externally.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative software solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with a high-functioning Scrum team to enhance user experiences.
• Design and develop web applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Work with RESTful APIs and other web services.
• Partner with QA to ensure product quality.
• Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting enhancements to product development.

Experience Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor junior staff and define coding standards
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with content management systems and large technical organizations is a plus
• Golang
• Java (v11) – Spring Boot
• REST API
• AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, Batch, S3)
• JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery)
• MVC frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, Angular 2+, Backbone.js)
• HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
