PFM

Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management (GS PFM) specializes in creating personalized wealth management plans for affluent individuals and families. We give clients clarity, confidence and control over their financial decisions. Our dedicated team of advisors across approximately 100 offices throughout the U.S., develops and implements personalized plans tailored to each client's values and life goals. Our advisors offer an investment platform inclusive of products and services offered by Goldman Sachs and other third parties, including private banking and lending offerings. We consider the relationships with our clients a lifelong partnership, a partnership backed by over 150 years of Goldman Sachs providing consistency, perspective and access as our clients needs evolve.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

YOUR IMPACT

As a Product Manager on our PFMG Product team, a new high priority focus area, you will envision the future of the high-net worth product for Goldman Sachs clients. A new business line for the firm that has historically targeted only ultra-high net worth individuals, we are now expanding to serve a much broader clientele. You are strong at execution, and able to collaborate across a broad cross-section of business partners to deliver a delightful, cohesive and scalable experience. We are aiming to deliver a world class feature set and user experience to serve the needs of our client base.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Partner closely with our Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management Advisors and Ayco Advisors to help understand the needs of their HNW customers
• Drive the big picture strategy while also rolling up your sleeves and driving detailed execution across multiple workstreams
• Build trusted relationships with our design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to craft and launch beautiful, easy-to-use features that solve customer problems related to personal finance
• Continuous focus on crafting and adjusting designs to simplify complex advice, actions, and products
• Further inform product decisions through analysis, user research, and experimentation - Continuously analyze data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities
• Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience
• Articulate product features and requirements to different audiences (from development teams to program leadership)
• Define and help design new features to be built, write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with Financial Advisors on solutions for the Mass Affluence and/or High Net Worth clients
• 4-6+ years experience within product management in a fast-paced, agile product development environment
• 2+ years experience working in financial services (specifically other banks or RIAs)
• Experience building/managing product teams and organizing squads for agile delivery
• Desire to work in a fast paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
• Proficient in Sketch, Jira, Keynote or similar applications
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork
• Excellent attention to detail and communication / presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Investment Management Experience
• Technical knowledge (including HTML/CSS/JS/SQL)
