Employment Opportunity Club: FOREST LAKE CLUB, COLUMBIA SC

Position: GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE

Summary: Provides labor support for maintenance and improvements of the golf course and grounds.

Expectations and responsibilities:

Maintain the golf course, clubhouse grounds, and tennis facilities

Walk mowing, blowing, raking, watering, sting trimming, edging, debris removal, cleaning, and other maintenance task.

Exercises safe and efficient operation and care of hand tools, hand-operated power tools, walk mowers, light duty utility vehicles, and other maintenance equipment.

Physical demands:

Walking over four miles.

Walking over uneven terrain.

Lifting and carrying at least 50 pounds.

Work environment:

Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.

Job Type:

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Pay rate/ Benefits:

Hourly wage ($14.00 -$16.00) based on experience and qualifications and determined after an on- site interview. Benefits include vacation and personal time pay, health, dental and vision insurance and a matching contribution schedule to the club's 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan.
