Summary

Provides bag, cart, and range services to members and guests. Strives to provide the best customer service to all members and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Retrieves carts from cart shelter to cart staging area outside golf shop; checks carts for tire pressure, brake operation, and other safety concerns.

* Cleans all clubs for members and guests; cleans and maintains the club's rental equipment.

* Maintains cleanliness and order in bag storage area.

* Attends staff meetings as needed.

* Assists members on the driving range as needed.

* Adheres to the policy of one Bag Room Attendant stationed in the parking lot at all times.

* Follows the policy of one Bag Room Attendant present in the staging area at all times.

* Completes and signs closing procedure checklist.

* Upon closing, accounts for all carts. Cleans and dries necessary carts and clubs, and replaces rakes and refills sand.

* Picks up all trash and debris during each shift.
