Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Input, update and maintain golf shop retail inventory into inventory management software.
  • Post approved inventory invoices for payment into general ledger system ensuring invoice is properly coded, approved and recognized in the proper accounting period.
  • Manage and administer special order system.
  • Create flyers for golf tournaments and events and post to social media
  • Assist with month-end inventory of retail merchandise.
  • Act as backup for phone coverage.
  • Manage special orders through Golf Genius tracking system.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Director of Retail or Director of Golf.
Requirements Possess strong organizational, written, verbal and time management skills. Exhibit professionalism and leadership qualities through own self-actions. Must be compliant with and actively support a drug free workplace. Comply with all rules and regulations as stated whether verbal or written.Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma. Two years' experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
