JOB TITLE: Golf Shop AttendantJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for booking tee times, charges to accounts, daily receipts, selling and pricing of merchandise in golf shop.REPORTS TO : Head Golf ProfessionalPRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS : Ensure guests are taken care of in a timely fashion, balancing of daily receipts, customer service, selling, keeping the merchandise and golf shop overall neat, clean and orderly at all times.RESPONSIBLE FOR : Assisting pro and assistants in all aspects of the golf operations; shop inventory in absence of Head Golf Professional or Assistant Golf Professional.PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Standing for long periods; may require some lifting, bending and stretching.WORKING ENVIRONMENT : Work takes place mainly in the Pro Shop, but is not limited to. Schedule includes weekends and holidays. HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED : Could be struck by golf club or ball.
