What you'll do: The Golf Starter controls the pace of play on the golf course and provides information regarding the course, play time and other related issues.
Your job will include: - Greet golfers on the first tee, check receipts for payment and record basic golfer information.
- Oversee starting times and pair up golfers into groups.
- Inform golfers as to basic rules and the pace of play policy.
- Work with Rangers to monitor the pace of play policy and intervene when necessary.
- Monitor and attend to any issues to ensure a positive customer experience for players.
Experience & skills you'll need: - Ability to work early/late hours, including weekdays, weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of golf preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license
