BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is focused on supporting all sales efforts in driving revenue growth within the assigned 4PL base. Working along side the Dedicated KASC & Team Manager, this associate will support customer referral needs and promote the MSC 4PL base store.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Sells & supports MSC products, within the 4PL environment by visiting and interacting with established and prospective customers to ensure the achievement of individual sales goals.
* Studies MSC's products/services, sales techniques, and culture, under close guidance of the manager.
* Collaborates with the Team Manager & assigned KASC on tactical approach to service all base customers
* Responds to customer needs, under manager's guidance, consistent with MSC standards, culture, and business practices.
* Demonstrates teamwork to ensure achievement of team and corporate sales goals.
* Maintains sales records and generates relevant market/sales reports for MSC management as needed.
* Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC's vision and unity of purpose.
* Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
* Associates Degree or the equivalent is required.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* 0-2 years outside sales experience is required.
* Government sales experience is preferred.
SKILLS:
* Excellent communications skills are required.
* Basic computer literacy desired.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
* A valid driver's license is required.
* Position requires up to 50-60% of daily local travel within assigned military base.
* This position may require access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information ( ITAR ) and/or Controlled Unclassified Information ( CUI ).
Compensation starting at $60830 - $95590 and up, depending on experience.
The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
