The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This position is responsible for creating educational messages for taxpayers, tax practitioners, the general public, and Department employees. It will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. It requires excellent communication skills and entails both independent and teamwork activities.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:+ Four years of cumulative experience in the areas of systems analysis, program research, planning, evaluation, organizational or staff development, writing or editing communications products, or developing educational products.
