The GITS team is part of Intel's Information Security organization and supports the unique IT information Security and Compliance requirements for Intel Federal LLC, a subsidiary of Intel that delivers products and/or services to the US Government (USG). As part of the GITS team, you will help us grow our secure solution suite to meet U.S. Government requirements for data safeguarding.Intel's Government IT and Security organization is looking for a Product Manager to drive business value realization within our United States Government Cross Domain Services group. This role will reside in our Infrastructure and Facility Services and Customer Capabilities and Applications team.The Product Manager is a key role in the strategy development and business value realization process for the set of solutions you will own.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:1.) Manages customers and stakeholders for the systems environment:Helps to identify and resolve dependencies between technologiesSupports POs in key customer and stakeholder meetings, including auditors and InfoSec leadershipInvolve customers and stakeholders in train and team ceremonies where appropriateEducates key stakeholders and partners on environment processes and technologies2.) Understands requirements and users of the environment:Researches the technical environment at Intel and in the marketplace (where used in this context) to inform strategy and designIdentifies and understands users and user groupsContinuously monitors user needs and evolves the solution strategy accordingly3.) Continuously improves the processes and technologies of supported solutions:Lead cross-APT discussions to improve the systems environment (e.g., monthly TWG or Kaizen event)Attends APT Retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvementsMeets regularly with POs to identify improvement opportunitiesAs needed, leads initiatives to solve complex, multi-team technical problems4.) Co-Develops and tracks the strategy, roadmap, and objectives for the environment:Develops Program level objectives, bridging Solution-level and Team-level objectivesWorks with the train architects to develop a capability roadmap tied to the Architecture Roadmap and product-specific roadmapsCoordinates with product owners to prioritize Features/Epics in alignment with the objectives and key results5.) Owns the budget for owned solutions:Rolls up Product Owner budget items for each environmentWorks with Architects and POs to identify grow opportunities, S and U needs, and other key areas for investmentQualifications:Minimum QualificationsUS citizenship required. This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States [federal, state, and/or local] government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents.Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience.6+ years combined experience with the following technical skills across multiple domains, such as:Network infrastructureEnd-user applications and communicationsSecurity policy creation and enforcementCompute and storageDesigning and implementing information security concepts and solutions throughout the IT stackIT infrastructure configuration and administrationWindows and Linux server and application/services configurationIT and Information Security process automation3+ years combined experience with the following soft skills:Building strategic relationships with internal business customers and senior managementPlanning, managing, and championing IT needs to multiple stakeholdersTranslating customer/business needs into technical requirementsShort- and long-term roadmap creation and goal settingWorking in a scaled Agile environmentPreferred Qualifications:Active U.S. Government Security ClearancePostgraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fieldRelevant industry-standard certificationsExperience supporting pre-silicon design/validation environmentsExperience enabling and supporting ITAR- and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) -compliant security controlsExperience supporting hybrid environments with virtualized, physical, local, and cloud-based deployments.Job Type:Experienced HireShift:Shift 1 (United States of America)Primary Location: US, Oregon, HillsboroAdditional Locations:US, Arizona, Phoenix, US, California, Folsom, US, California, Santa Clara, US, Virginia, FairfaxBusiness group:Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel.
