The incumbent serves as Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan [CEMP] Review Analyst.This position is responsible for reviewing healthcare provider CEMPs in accordance with Florida Statute and Administrative Code to determine compliance with established requirements. Employee is responsible for communications directly with providers regarding approval status, necessary revisions and submissions timelines. In addition, employee will provide compliance reports to the Agency for Health Care Administration regarding providers with failed reviews and those who meet annual submission criteria.This position will serve as the team lead for the CEMP review team. This will include providing weekly and monthly reports to bureau leadership, sending monthly deficient reports to AHCA, completing the distribution and triage process for CEMP submitted for review, and providing status reports to the supervisor to ensure deadlines are met.This position will work with programmers to design, implement and manage a platform to receive, triage and approve CEMPs. Provide user support to system users through account creation, system permissions, and system access. Provide user support through ad hoc direction and instruction. Maintain and improve the CEMP management system by identifying and coordinating fixes/enhancements to the CEMP management system. Develop and maintain system trainings for all user roles within the system. Maintain tools and resources to implement a uniform plan review and approval process at the State and Local level, including across 67 County Health Departments.Employee will assist as needed in implementation and maintenance of the of Special Needs Registry. To include providing technical assistance to users and ad hoc trainings.Incumbent may be required to work before, during and/or beyond normal work hours or days in the event of an emergency.
