- Support leadership development of current and new leaders within the 67 CHDs throughout Florida.
- Organize staff development workshops, both virtual and in person.
- Promote best practices for organizational and individual development to CHD staff.
- Use data to identify gaps to address organizational needs.
- Research best practices and current literature related to talent management and workforce development.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of project planning.Knowledge of workforce development theories.Knowledge of talent management systems.Knowledge of adult learning, training and development theories.Knowledge of process management methodologies.Knowledge of data collection methods.Knowledge of instructional design, research and implementation methodologies.Knowledge of quality improvement tools. Qualifications:A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience managing large, multi-year projects related to workforce development; using talent management strategies to improve processes related to attracting top talent, onboarding new staff, mentoring employees, ongoing development of staff and succession planning; gathering and analyzing data to develop action plans; promoting best practices to further organizational learning; able to work with various levels of leadership in an organization; have experience making presentations and/or communicating to various levels of personnel; and be able to demonstrate the required knowledge, skills and abilities listed above.
