UIC has nearly 260,000 alumni, and is one of the largest employers in the city of Chicago.Position Summary:Seeking a Graduate Hourly to assist with multiple web based/database projects that are consistent with the grants goals and objectives of the Great Lakes ADA Center at the Department of Disability and Human Development (Applied Health Sciences). Work hours are generally flexible (10-20 hours per week). The appointment starts ASAP. This position is not eligible for a tuition waiver.Duties & Responsibilities:

Querying data to generate reports for senior supervisors

Maintaining the database and making necessary modifications to sustain web based activities

Generating and maintaining web forms

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience with php, javascript, HTML, MS Access and MS SQL
• Excellent Computer skills: MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel)
• Experience with Python Programming is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with modifying videos and editing captions is preferred
• Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems
