Position Overview: The Jeanette C. Rudy School of Nursing & Health Professions is seeking a personable and highly motivated Graduate Assistant to work 20 hours each week primarily assisting with various operations and projects that are specific to the School of Nursing & Health Professions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assemble student applicant files under the supervision of the Dean and Executive Assistant to the Dean.
* Input student information into the database systems.
* Place student applicant files into the correct filing cabinet location.
* Serve as the back up to the Executive Assistant to the Dean to provide coverage, answering incoming phone calls, directing guests, documenting maintenance needs, etc.
* Assist with administrative projects.
* Assist with recruiting events.
* Serve as a liaison between students and advisors throughout the School.
* Other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Dean and Executive Assistant to the Dean.
