Job DetailsJob Location: Hattiesburg - Hattiesburg, MSSalary Range: UndisclosedDescriptionJob SummaryThe Graduate Recruiter and Enrollment Specialist plays a dual role, combining graduate student recruitment with enrollment management responsibilities. This position focuses on attracting and supporting qualified graduate students throughout the admissions process. Key duties include developing and implementing recruitment strategies based on marketing insights, engaging with prospective students, and managing the admissions pipeline to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting enrollment goals.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruitment* Contact students on applicant lists daily to facilitate enrollment in the university.* Arrange visits and tours for prospective students and their families.* Meet with and advise prospective students regarding enrollment and academic advisement.* Assist the web communications specialist with developing written materials, audio-visual presentations, and other marketing tools.* Maintain and analyze the campus enrollment database and graduate admissions data to track key performance indicators, inform recruitment strategies, and ensure data integrity in the admissions CRM (TargetX).* Utilize data analytics tools to segment and target applicant pools, refine outreach efforts, and optimize communication strategies.* Prepare reports and proposals on enrollment trends, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics for university leadership.* Identify trends in applicant data to adjust recruitment strategies and enhance prospective student engagement.Collaboration and Support* Work closely with the Graduate Admissions team to ensure seamless and efficient admissions processes.* Work with all Deans and Vice Presidents to identify and target key graduate programs.* Collaborate with marketing and communications to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.* Support the Assistant Director of Admissions (Graduate) in special projects and initiatives aimed at increasing enrollment.QualificationsRequired Qualifications* Bachelor's degree required* Seven to ten years of experience in recruitment, admissions, or a related field, preferably in higher education.* Proficiency with data analysis tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel.* Experience with graduate admissions processes.* Must understand basic marketing strategies and use of social media platforms.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.* Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret data and apply insights.* Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and project management skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.* Commitment to the mission and values of William Carey University.Preferred Qualifications* Master's degreePhysical Demands* Mobility to work in a standard office setting and operate office equipment* Ability to read, hear, speak, and communicate effectively* Capability to sit or stand for extended periods and handle minor physical tasks* Maintain a regular on-campus presence and travel for off-campus visits* Must have strength and agility to move files, paper boxes, and minor office equipment* Must have the ability to travel when required
