Position: Grain Operations
Key responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading grain trucks and railcars
- Operating grain handling equipment such as conveyors, augers, and grain elevators
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Monitoring grain quality and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Assisting with inventory management and record-keeping
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in grain operations or a related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
