Applications will continue to be accepted until the position is filled and additional interviews will be offered to selected candidates if needed.Job DefinitionWorks cooperatively with and in support of the Senior Manager/Controller/Auditor, and the Assistant Controllers, assisting production of timely, accurate, and complete financial and managerial transactions in support of the District's regulatory reporting requirements for the Electric, Generation, and Water systems. Acts as a representative of the PUD working indirectly with external auditors and regulatory bodies, supporting the accuracy of federal, state, and local grant management and reporting. Supports the District's core values as well as its cost and fiscal management strategic priorities by working as a trusted financial partner with all divisions of the District.Key functions include continual improvement and innovation within the grant accounting function; internal controls over grant financial processes, reporting and analysis, monitoring and validation of financial transactions; compliance with federal, state and local funder requirements; and developing and maintain grant documentation and compliance audits.
Experience/EducationGrant Coordinator I $34.04 to $42.55 per hour - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field;
OR
- Four (4) years of progressively more responsible grant management experience at a professional level.
Grant Coordinator II $42.70 to $53.38 per hour - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, AND
- Two (2) years of progressively more responsible grant management experience at a professional level;
OR
- Six (6) years of progressively more responsible grant management experience at a professional level.
Grant Coordinator III $111,410 to $139.264 annually - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, AND
- Four (4) years of progressively more responsible grant management experience at a professional level;
OR
- Eight (8) years of progressively more responsible grant management experience at a professional level.
