One of Insight Global's largest healthcare clients is seeking dedicated Pre-Award Specialists to join their Research Administration team. The Pre-Award Specialist will work to initiate grants and secure funding for a variety of Principal Investigators (PIs). As the subject matter expert for all necessary grant requirements, the Pre-Award Specialist will provide direct support to the PIs throughout the grant submission process, ensuring compliance with the requirements of various funding organizations such as NIH, DOD, and NSF.

This position is 100% remote, but candidates should be located or planning to relocate to Orlando or Jacksonville, FL.

This position is a 6 month contract with the possibility of direct hire.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years' experience in the Pre-Award space.
• Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both senior and junior PIs.
• Experience working in the federal grants space with organizations such as NIH, NSF, DOD, and their corresponding platforms (ASSIST, Research.gov, EBRAP, SF 424).
