OverviewHalf-time (20 hrs) Grants Coordinator will assist Principal Investigators (PI) at NYMC to execute external subcontracts, MTAs, DUAs; assist PI with research grant accounting including milestone billing, invoice resolution and payment; assist PI with required grant reports.ResponsibilitiesInitiate subcontracts for multicenter clinical trials through with NYMC ORA and follow through full execution.Reviewing external invoices and process payments for multicenter clinical trial enrollment and start up, if applicable.Reviewing internal WMC and NYMC clinical research invoices and process for payment in unimarket.Create and track sponsored projects for accounting milestones and billing. Initiate billing upon meeting milestones.Assist Principal Investigators with funding carryover requests for awarded grants.QualificationsEducation requirement:Preferred MBA, minimal BA/BS in accounting, economics, finance or related field.
