We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visual concepts. Create, implement, and measure the success of comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance the organization's image and position within the marketplace. Responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of all organizational and affiliated companies marketing strategies and marketing communications, both internal and external, under the direction of the Marketing Manager. This person will need to create innovative designs, have strong technical abilities, and be able to apply their comprehensive functional knowledge of marketing to be a key contributor to the marketing team. This role is a great opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including digital and print media, and gain valuable experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets for campaigns, social media, websites, and more.
- Design and create promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and advertisements.
- Support in the production of digital assets for social media, including static and animated content.
- Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for projects.
- Prepare files for print, ensuring high-quality output and correct specifications.
- Assist with revisions and updates to existing designs based on feedback from team members or leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and best practices into your work.
Qualifications, Skills, Abilities & Other Attributes:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, etc.)
- Design Knowledge: Understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills; able to interpret briefs and present design ideas clearly.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality, accurate design work.
- Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment, receptive to feedback and constructive criticism.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative abilities (required for consideration).
- The ability to be self-motivated and to work independently.
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics is advantageous but not required.
