WebstaurantStore is the leading restaurant supply & equipment e-commerce retailer! As a part of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects from email marketing to web design and everything in between. This position plays a key role in marketing the products sold through WebstaurantStore, and helping with any interdepartmental creative needs. - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Deep understanding of digital design and marketing strategies
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership abilities including mentoring and providing constructive feedback to a design team
- Dependable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Strong decision-making abilities and a strategic approach to problem-solving, focused on improving team performance and driving innovation in design processes and solutions.
- Ability to take direction well while also making independent, strategic decisions to drive project success
- Ability to prioritize and delegate projects, track team progress, and ensure on-time delivery
- Experience in facilitating team collaboration, running internal critiques and cross-functional reviews to improve work quality and cohesion
- Ability to balance creativity with speed, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Basic HTML, CSS, UX and print design skills are a plus
- Skilled in collaborating with leadership teams to align design initiatives with broader business objectives.
Your daily job looks like:
- Design a variety of digital pieces including: Web banners & ads, social graphics, emails, landing pages, marketing collateral
- Assist designers in task prioritization
- Review team projects and provide feedback/creative direction to other designers
- Support other departments with their design needs
- Participate in design critiques and meetings

Remote work qualifications
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
