Job Description
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Graphic Designer Associate with our client in Minneapolis, MN.
Description:
Remote position Contract to hire Required years of experience: 3+ years
In collaboration with the global Brand, Creative, & Content team, this design role is responsible for design and development for a focused portfolio of work within the Columbia Threadneedle Investments firm. This designer creates and develops visual content used in a variety of communication mediums including digital and print, and ensures our brand is represented in an engaging way that aligns with stated standards and specifications.
Responsibilities:
Design print and digital content for all communication channels, maintaining a high standard of on-target, on-brand visual execution
Work collaboratively with broader global creative team (inclusive of copywriters, designers, and content producers) from concept to completion.
Interpret creative briefs and be able to present creative rationale that supports the business goal to peers and internal stakeholders.
Review materials to ensure feedback has been addressed, ensure brand accuracy and consistency
Effectively and proactively manage deliverables and deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience working in agency or within marketing team
Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Acrobat, Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. Aftereffects and Premiere desirable.
Strong knowledge of typography and design principles
Ability to interpret creative brief objectives, work within brand guidelines and standards
Strong relationship skills, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects at once
Preferred working knowledge of HTML, UI, UX, and web standards
