Nelnet Business Services' in-house marketing team is looking for a Graphic Designer. The team supports the marketing and advertising for all of Nelnet Business Services brands. We produce award-winning and effective creative that helps move our businesses forward. This position is responsible for graphic design, print advertising, collateral material, logo development, typography, illustrations, and more. This designer works closely collaboratively with other members of the creative team. They may have some responsibility over associate graphic designers and design interns.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Produces bold, strategic, persuasive, branded creative in all mediaWorks within team to develop and execute on creative concepts for all of Nelnet's lines of businessPlays a key role in brainstorm sessions and client presentationsExecutes on projects through all phases of productionEnsures creative is on strategy, reflects brand standards and adheres to budget and time constraintsLearn and collaborate with team on latest graphic design trends, best practices, Adobe Creative Suite featuresUnderstanding of higher level printing processes, photography, illustration and typographyHeads team on 508 compliance and document accessibilityWorks under supervision of Senior Designer and/or Art Director**Pay Range for this position is - $50,000 - $60,000EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree or equivalentEXPERIENCE:3+ years of experience in the graphic design field. Experienced in working with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
