Graphic Designer

Position Overview:
A dynamic designer, who is initiative-taking, executes eye-catching visual creative at an elevated level, and can work on multiple assignments whilst always maintaining a high integrity of creative. The Designer will work with the Design Team to grow and develop the BBI Portfolio brand s visual identity across its hair care and hair tools and hair accessories brands.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality packaging/merchandising designs that are appropriate for the product and aligned to each brand s strategy.
- Collaborate with Creative Director + Copywriter to artfully craft creative solutions to address specific brand objectives.
- Maintains brand integrity and the development through all phases of design: conception implementation final production.
- Detail oriented designer who is comfortable with shifting design direction and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Conceptual, self-driven and provides inspiration to design team members through breadth of creative output.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and can adapt to changing priorities and creative approach.
- Must have masteries in creative, technical skills, project management, and strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Design with outstanding attention to visual details (consistency in font & color, alignment, etc.).
- Develop familiarity with labeling requirements and information details (warnings, battery cautions, font sizing, etc.) and ensure label compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Asset Coordinator, Copywriters, Sales, Operations, QA, Data).
- Design for all programs, including new products, line extensions, promotional programs.
- Work with outside vendors to create and manage the packaging mockup process in a timely manner.
- Adhere to required schedules during design development and production phases of projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
- Must be versatile, dynamic, and highly collaborative with the ability to work across brands and projects in all areas of design including packaging, print, and digital.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite. Highly organized and flexible.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor s in fine arts
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite
