MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 full year experience as a hands-on Graphic Designer ie. creating social media assets, promo materials, merch design, etc. (this does not include any internship experience)
- In-house CPG experience (ie. food + bev, beauty, skincare, health + wellness)
- Experience working at a creator-led brand is a HUGE plus
- Experience with motion graphics experience is a HUGE plus

Responsibilities:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Assist in the creation and design of various digital and print assets, including social media graphics, promotional materials, presentations, out of box merchandise design, and more.
- Collaborate with senior designers and the creative team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas.
- Develop visual concepts and execute designs based on brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Support in the preparation of design mockups and presentations for client and internal review.
- Help maintain and organize digital asset libraries and project files.
- Ensure all designs align with brand standards and are optimized for various platforms and formats.
Qualifications:
- You design with the mind of someone who wants to cause trouble or stir the pot.
- Youre loose in your style and can adapt to a variety of mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) Figma, and other relevant design software. Motion graphics is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
