We are seeking a graphic designer to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate with IC's Marketing and Development teams to develop environmental graphics, marketing graphics and wayfinding projects to help shape one of Brooklyn's most exciting and innovative places. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow IC's status as a colorful, fun, and innovative community
- Ensure all print and environmental graphics conform to IC brand standards
- Design and maintain Industry City wayfinding system throughout campus, which includes printed maps, blade signs, directories, and other directional signage
- Design environmental graphics for marketing/lease marketing/retail initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors on multiple projects to ensure they meet the targeted timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Create mock-ups and renderings of signage, storefront, and other environmental graphics for visualization and approvals
- Design signage, interior graphics and storefront strategies for new retail tenants/spaces
- Maintain library of existing brand standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a design-related or creative field of study
- 2+ years professional experience in related fields
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Working knowledge of current hospitality and retail environments and brand trends and a passion for tracking design trends in hospitality, retail, environmental design branding and activation
