More information can be found at www.coopersurgical.comResponsibilitiesJob Summary:Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:
  • Create and design various materials for print, digital, and social collateral
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all lines of businesses
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator Design, and Figma software; Adobe After Effects, video editing, Cinema 4D, and Blender software is a plus; Microsoft Office products .
  • Drive the brand identity and corporate style development, adoption and implementation
  • Design, create and update printed, visual and digital communications materials and tools.
  • Produce product and promotional films and animations, identifying opportunities to support campaigns and events
  • Design, create and amend visual communication materials including tradeshow experiences, social, email, video etc.
  • Assist in the management of the promotional material stock (digital and printed eg photography, brochures), in a timely manner. Work with other team members to ensure materials are available our different channels including our print fulfillment house, online portal website, DAM etc.
  • Support other members of the marketing team in areas such as web, email marketing, social, paid advertising. event coordination etc
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

QualificationsExperience:
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Media design or similar
  • 1+ years' experience working within a diverse creative environment
  • Full competency of the Adobe Creative suite of applications
  • Competency in Premier Pro, After Effects, Figma
  • Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus
  • Experience in visual media including photography, filming and animation
  • Background in marketing & design
