We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help us visually communicate the beauty and sophistication of our homes.Job Overview:As a Graphic Designer you will play a pivotal role in executing our brand's visual identity and communicating the story of our homes. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in graphic design in a professional setting, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong understanding of design principles. Your work will be instrumental in developing marketing materials that highlight our craftsmanship, engaging digital content, and a cohesive brand presence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Branding:
    • Develop and execute compelling designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, print advertisements, and other promotional materials.
    • Create digital assets for use across web, social media, and email marketing campaigns that are visually consistent with our brand.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce branded content that aligns with the company's vision and design ethos.
    • Assist in the development and refinement of the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all platforms.
  • Digital Design:
    • Design engaging web graphics, banners, and email templates.
    • Ensure all design work is optimized for digital platforms and provides a seamless user experience.
  • Project Management:
    • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
    • Coordinate with external vendors for the production of printed materials and other design-related services.
    • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall marketing and sales efforts through strong visual communication.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
    • Experience in the home building, real estate, or construction industry is a plus.
  • Education:
    • A 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field is preferred.
    • A robust portfolio showcasing your design skills will be strongly considered.
  • Skills & Proficiency:
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
    • Experience with digital design for web and social media, including responsive design best practices.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
    • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs to meet the needs of the project.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience in video editing or animation.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other web design tools.
